Harbourside Joinery
Fitted wardrobes, kitchens and staircases made by hand, on the edge of the harbour
What we make
Three core trades, done properly in our harbour-edge workshop.
Fitted wardrobes
Kitchen units
Staircases
Sash windows around the docks
The older terraces near the docks take a beating from salt air and damp. Sash windows rot, swell, and let the cold in. We repair them properly — new timber where it's gone, glazing sealed tight — so they work as they did and the house keeps its character.
Why people trust us
Two hands, every piece. It's just us. Every wardrobe, every kitchen, every staircase is made and checked by the same people. Nothing is subcontracted, nothing is bought in from a factory and finished here. You know who built it.
We know these houses. We've spent years with the kind of homes found in this harbour town — the period terraces, the mid-century semis, the renovations that need to sit right in an older space. We understand what works here.
How a project starts
Simple, straightforward steps. No hidden costs, no surprise timelines.
1. Get in touch
2. Home visit
3. Firm quote
4. Six to eight weeks
We cover the town and the villages within about twenty miles. If you're in that area and have a question about distance, ask.
Ready for a quote?
Tell us what you need, and we'll arrange a home visit. That's the only way to get it right.
